Michael blends his professional acting experience and passion for education to motivate and empower others through dynamic public speaking, facilitation, and training. Drawing on his theatrical experience and training, he equips students for the workplace and strengthens the skills and team collaboration of professionals.

Michael has presented and facilitated career-related workshops at multiple colleges and high schools. Notably, he has served as a guest educator at Gordon College numerous times to speak to students from the music and theatre arts departments on a variety of industry-related topics such as professional branding and resume writing.

Through his current work at a non-profit organization, he has the opportunity to lead career workshops every week for students across multiple City University of New York (CUNY) campuses. He also had the privilege of creating an acting improvisation workshop for non-actors that he has facilitated for both students and staff.

His goal is to continue educating and developing emerging and established leaders in the workforce by delivering empowering workshops and presentations.
